The Culture

The best thing about working at TrailFork is: We get to write the rulebook. We do work we believe in. We take care of each other. Our warehouse fridge is always full of LaCroix.
When we’re not working, we’re: Hanging out in the sun, watching “The Americans,” playing music, running crazy distances, taking care of dogs, riding bikes, building and living in Tiny Homes, creating art, surfing, mountain biking, sitting on the couch, ski touring, stressing out, trying to remain calm.
What we’re reading: Conscious Capitalism, White Teeth, Building a Story Brand
What we’re listening to: Podcastspodcastspodcasts, 90s pop and hip-hop, Fleetwood Mac
If they made a movie about our workplace, it would be called: Office Space: Millennial Edition
Inclusion in the outdoors matters because: Everyone, regardless of background or identity, deserves the opportunity to enjoy a clean, healthy, and cared-for environment. Inclusion means our efforts to take care of the wild spaces we love are more effective and impactful.

Five years down the line, it’s our hope that: Our company make-up reflects the diversity of the outdoor community we seek to serve. And that we’ve TAKEN OVER THE WORLD. #kiddingsortof
